Hire Coordinator

Dry Hire Lighting Ltd is a Specialist Lighting Hire company working in the Entertainment sector across the UK. We have a vacancy for a Hire Coordinator based at our High Wycombe offices.

The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level but must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English. Experience in Lighting Rental or Live Production would be advantageous.

Key duties and responsibilities include;

  • Raising quotations, orders, delivery notes and other documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers over the telephone and via email
  • Maintaining and updating Excel sheets
  • Liaising with warehouse regarding goods coming in and going out

Key Skills required;

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player also willing to help out in other departments when required
  • Thorough, accurate and highly organised with a Hands-On approach.
  • Knowledge of Rental Management software systems would be an advantage


  • We are offering a salary of £26,000.00-£30,000.00 PA depending on experience.
